HOLON
Performance Profile.

Integrates a model, an assessment, and a methodology, to create a holistic view that is personally meaningful, contextually dynamic, and practical.

The HOLON Performance Profile combines three high-impact components — which we’ve found most effective for developing sustainable high-performance leadership in oneself — and consolidates them into an easily understandable view.

The key aspect of your Performance Profile is how it orients around a role you play in your life. Since almost all of us play more than one role, choosing the role most meaningful to you at any given time for your Performance Profile creates a space of focus. From there, the Performance Profile connects how you live, and who you are, to create a one-page view that illuminates what drives (and what might impede) your performance in the chosen role focus area.

The HOLON Performance Profile. A ‘holon’ by definition is something that is simultaneously a whole in itself and a part of a larger whole. This aligns well with the dual nature of the human being; autonomous (self-reliant and independent) yet subject to the control, influence, or context of the larger whole.

What shaped the development of the HOLON Performance Profile

Approaches to ontological reflective inquiry (Drs. Fredrick Hudson, Abraham Maslow, Alexander Lowen), learnings from Mindflick Spotlight psychometric debrief approaches, and the wellbeing model articulated by Dr. Aki Hintsa as described in The Core (Hintsa, Saari, 2015).
