Last updated: September 4, 2026

HOLON Performance LLC (“HOLON Performance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit holonperformance.com, subscribe to our newsletter, or engage us for coaching and advisory services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details — name, email address, phone number, company, and role, typically submitted through a contact form, scheduling link, or newsletter signup.
  • Engagement information — assessment responses, session notes, goals, and other material you share in the course of a coaching or advisory engagement.
  • Account information — credentials and profile details.
  • Communications — the content of emails and messages you send us.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data — pages viewed, referring URLs, time on site, and similar analytics.
  • Device and connection data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — described in Section 5 below.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from scheduling, email, analytics, and payment providers that support the Services, and from publicly available sources when preparing for an engagement.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services;
  • Respond to inquiries and schedule conversations;
  • Deliver coaching, advisory, and program engagements;
  • Send the newsletter and other communications you have requested;
  • Process payments and maintain business records;
  • Analyze site performance and understand how the Services are used;
  • Protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process personal information on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services, or compliance with a legal obligation.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:

  • Service providers — hosting, analytics, email delivery, scheduling, and payment processors who act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations;
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of HOLON Performance, our clients, or others;
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy;
  • With your direction — for example, when a sponsoring organization is to receive agreed-upon engagement information, and only within the scope you have approved.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure traffic. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and Vercel Analytics, for aggregate usage measurement. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the site function. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

6. Confidentiality of Coaching Engagements

Coaching conversations are confidential. We do not disclose the content of sessions to a sponsoring organization or any third party without your explicit permission, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Request deletion of your information;
  • Request a portable copy of your information;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing;
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing;
  • Opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe link in any message.

10. International Transfers

We are based in the United States, and information we collect is processed there. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-Party Links

Our site links to third-party websites and tools that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those services, and we encourage you to read their privacy notices.
